I bought one of these a week ago after ages of indecision about whether or not I should buy one. I'm so glad I finally did. This may be cheap but it works brilliantly & has been running almost constantly since it arrived. We have done the basic fruits, as well as mushrooms & tomatoes.On top of that we also made fish jerky which turned out brilliantly. It's a good size and seems to dry the food evenly on each tray. The bottom ones dry quicker so some swapping is needed. Great customer service too!
