In the last few years, gas grills have really taken off in the UK. Their ease of use and quicker heating times have made them a sensible choice for those eager to make the most of the unpredictable British weather. Cooking on a grill can also be safer because temperatures are more consistent and reliable. After cooking, they can simply be switched off to cool.
These grills do have their downsides. The great smoky aroma and taste of wood burning on charcoal is lost when you use a clean gas flame.
