It is a good idea to roll your dough into strands before twisting it round the bread stick. Maintain a steady distance from the flames as you rotate the bread to make sure that it is golden brown all over. Eat them while they are still warm, either with some butter or as the accompaniment to a rustic stew or casserole. They take just minutes to cook and the result is totally delicious!
