Instead of spending a lot of time, you only need to prepare the ingredients according to the recipe for the pleasure of fresh, homemade bread. The Steba 600W Bread Maker BM2 does the rest. Homemade bread is delicious and healthy too. With this bread maker, it's easy to bring the pleasure to the table every day.
17 automatic programmes are used to prepare a wide variety of breads and doughs such as white bread, wholemeal bread, gluten-free bread, yoghurt, jam, rye bread, French bread and many more. Experienced bakers can also set up an individual programme with time and temperature, including memory function.
The viewing window is particularly useful, as you can check the browning status of the crust at any time. With the time pre-selection of up to 15 hours and the timer, you can prepare fresh and delicious bread without having to get up early in the morning. So you can enjoy the smell of freshly baked bread as soon as you wake up.
At the touch of a button, you can choose whether to bake 500, 750 or 1000g of bread. The degree of browning (light, medium, dark) can be set just as easily on the large display by touch control. After baking, the ceramic-coated baking tin can be removed with a flick of the wrist - so the bread is easy to take out of the tin and cleaning is child's play. A special extra is the automatic keep-warm function of up to one hour.
Also included are a measuring cup, a portioning spoon, a dough hook remover and some recipes to get you started straight away.
This Steba Bread Maker is equipped with a power failure backup system or memory. If the power is interrupted during the course of bread making, the process will be continued automatically within 10 minutes. However, if the interruption exceeds 10 minutes, the memory cannot be kept and you will have to restart the program.
