The stone BBQ is quite practical, offering excellent thermal qualities for high-temperature and constant-temperature cooking. This is an important feature in terms of taste and food safety, and it means the end of undercooked chicken and scorched steak. The firebrick construction allows for high temperature cooking. Use charcoal on your masonry BBQ with a scattering of wood chips or chunks to add extra flavour to your food.
The impressive real flue and chimney are not merely included for the sake of appearance; they also happen to be fully functional. Smoke is carried away from your cooking area and guests. The suction action of the flue makes lighting the grill much easier.
A range of features has been thoughtfully considered in the design, including shelving and storage spaces. Beneath the grill, space for fuel or tool storage is provided. A cooking surface for plates and preparation surrounds the main grilling area. The grill is available in either dark slate or stone and has a 12 month warranty period.
For your convenience, the self-assembly Stone BBQ is delivered on a pallet. The finished product weighs a remarkable 750 kg. For this reason, at least two people are needed to assemble the barbecue. Simply follow the instructions provided and use the building adhesive supplied. Assembly only takes one hour and there’s no better way to thank your helper than by testing it out!
The barbecue includes a 58 cm x 38 cm grill that is adjustable to three different cooking levels and the fire tray. The total height of the BBQ is 221 cm, and the unit measures 145 cm wide by 58 cm deep. It’s certainly an impressive piece that makes a lovely garden feature and centrepiece for any gathering or party.
