You can use this cooker to grill in the traditional BBQ way, for smoking or slow cooking. In addition to a grill grid, it comes with 8 stainless steel hooks, 2 steel hanging rods and a wooden hook remover.
By employing the vertical hanging method, food is placed directly over the heat and thanks to the barrel shape, heat circulates ensuring no hot spots to provide even cooking. The result is succulent, smoky meat perfectly cooked with ease.
