The beautiful Bon-fire extra-long handle skewer is particularly well designed with a removable 130cm long wooden handle to ensure your fingers are kept well away from the fire when cooking. Attached to the end of the handle via a black enamel tube are three chrome plated prongs. Quality is very important when purchasing a skewer because cheaper versions tend not to have the same quality and don’t get a good ‘grip’ on the food, making it very difficult indeed to produce a delicious, even grill. Luckily, this is not a problem that you will experience with this model, as it has been skilfully created from the very highest quality materials and will last for a great many years. There is a point at the end of each prong making it incredibly easy to slide your chosen tasty treats on. Whether you use it to toast meat, veg or marshmallows this great tool will give you a variety of options.
Top tip: if you opt to grill on the vertical, such as when using the tandoori method, simply put a slice of uncooked potato on the end of your skewer and this will keep your food in place while it cooks. Voila!
