The barbecue smoker operates on the basis of a vented firebox that generates controlled low heat for general barbecue cooking and smoke for transforming ribs, chickens and joints into delicately smoked delights. There is a useful inbuilt temperature gauge, and charcoal and wood chips can be added without losing heat or smoke, meaning that you get consistent results every time. The chimney stack allows you to effectively regulate smoke output.
Easy to install and operate, the offset charcoal barbecue smoker weighs around 17kg and is fitted with wheels, making it extremely convenient to move from one location to another.
