Camerons Professional Smoking Products enable you to smoke lots of different foods on your own stove or Barbeque. This smoker can smoke fish or meat in less than 30 minutes!
There is no doubt that smoke-cooking is a healthy way to infuse flavour without the need to use fats, salts or oils which means no added calories. In addition, hot-smoking food is a process which means that the food retains moisture and its natural cooking flavours which inherently means that the food does not dry out or get tough.
The Camerons Smoker can also be used as a steamer and works well in either way, for all meat, seafood, and poultry dishes and it can literally transform ordinary vegetables into delicious main courses.
For larger items such as turkeys or hams which can be smoked as well just add an aluminium foil tent to cover the item when cooking instead of using the Smoker lid.
