Food smoking has been popularised by the use of smokers on TV cookery programs, to impart delicate smoky flavour to food.

This Mini Smoker has a quality stainless steel construction and will provide long-lasting, reliable service. Easy to clean, it is dishwasher safe.

It is also simple to use - just add your favourite wood chips to the smoker, place the drip tray on top and add food to the rack. With the lid on, place the smoker on a low heat to slow cook whilst infusing your food with fabulous flavour. Try smoking fish, meat including burgers and sausages, poultry or vegetables.

The Mini Smoker can also be used on a BBQ or firepit for equally good results.

This versatile piece of equipment is also extremely portable – all parts stack inside and the handle folds over for storage - so it’s also perfect if you are going camping, for a BBQ on the beach or a picnic.
