Creating the best molten Margheritas, smouldering steaks and magnificent macaroni doesn’t have to be a myth, with the 350-degree temperature capability of this powerhouse appliance.
There is a separate fire chamber with detachable smoker box and removable ash tray, so not only is it easy to light the oven but cleaning up is simple too. By adding aromatic wood chips to the smoker box and adjusting the Smoke Slide Mechanism you can infuse more smoky flavour to food. By closing the Slide you can use the oven to bake. The oven can be fired with charcoal or wood.
Thanks to its ceramic bricks, the stainless steel oven is well insulated, taking only 40 minutes to heat up, it is energy efficient and has great heat retention. It benefits from height adjustable racks and a ceramic pizza stone. Temperature is controlled with a combination of ventilation controls and a chimney damper to adjust the air flow.
A built in thermometer on the cast iron oven door enables you to monitor the temperature and the large viewing window means you can check on food without repeatedly opening the door. Cool touch dials and handles make for safe cooking for all the family.
The portable nature of its wheeled trolley design makes this garden oven a convenient change to indoor cooking and easy to manoeuvre. It has a useful folding side table with a basket under for storing fuel and includes a handy condiment rack.
