This material is derived from coal and is known for being tough and hardwearing. The oven and stand are also available in stainless steel. Either of these options make the oven suitable for storing outside, although a cover is recommended to protect it from the elements. The roof of the oven is made from stainless steel and comes in several colours, while the door comes in stainless steel as standard but is also available in glass if you prefer. The storage area underneath the oven is the perfect place to keep the wood you will need to heat the oven. The stand also includes two side tables that are ideal for food preparation or simply setting your food down before or after you have cooked it.
The cooking floor of this oven is made from refractory bricks and uses ceramic fibre insulation. There is additional insulation between the roof and the part of the oven that is used for cooking.
