Just light your charcoal in the main fire box compartment, and the heat and smoke are drawn through the BBQ into the larger chamber. The sheet steel the BBQ is made from helps insulate it and maintain the temperature at a steady rate with little interference required from the chef, leaving you to concentrate on the food, or your guests.
There is an integral thermometer so you can see just how hot things are getting inside the main cooking chamber, without having to disrupt things by opening the lid.
The chimney and air vents allow air to circulate well and optimise cooking conditions, and the clever design includes two wheels at one end to make it easier to move the unit around the garden or patio, or to put it away.
