A compact oven with the excellent features of a rotisserie and two hotplates making it an ideal conventional oven substitute for those who have limited space. Ideal for student flats, motor homes or smaller kitchens. It has a built in timer, adjustable thermostat and large 45 litre capacity oven space. Useful for people who like to host dinner parties and find they run out of space in their conventional oven or for events when you cook lots of dishes such as at Christmas time. The rotisserie oven is very easy to use and gives you some great results in your very own kitchen. Carefully rub your meat with a mixture of oil or butter with your favourite spices -or even simply oxo cubes! It is all about making flavours. When the chicken is in a rotisserie oven, it gently cooks whilst basting itself and pushing all those wonderful flavours from your rub into the skin and flesh. Over time, the outside becomes a crust and the meat is lovely and tender underneath. Similar to the pork crackling (which is the best in a rotisserie oven by the way) it is crispy and full of flavour. Also supplied with a tray and wire rack for cooking other vegetables underneath. The oven has top and bottom elements, with fan options and convection oven or Grill facility.
