Smoke it All are a blend of smoking mixes, that can be used to create the best smoke flavours, for all your favourite dishes using a BBQ. It comes ready to use. Just peel off the seal and place on the hot coals or a BBQ grill!

As smoking is becoming more and more popular, these mixes enable you to get delicious flavours, using blends of different spices, dried fruits, berries and kiln dried beech dust. These are packed into metal trays and sealed to keep the flavours in. These trays can be placed directly onto the hot coals or the grill rack of your BBQ, and away you go!!

The mixes are available in two packs, each containing three assorted trays:

The Select Pack – which is brilliant for using to smoke fish, poultry, pork, lamb, beef and game. It includes:

1 x Tidal Flats - contains onion, mustard and spices

1 x Lowland - contains rosemary, juniper and spices

1 x Valley - contains garlic, ginger and spices

The Premium Pack – which is brilliant for using to smoke fish, poultry, lamb, beef and game. It includes:

1 x Meadow - contains mustard, basil and spices

1 x Village Green - contains bay leaves, onion and spices

1 x Forest - contains juniper, pine cones and spices

Experienced BBQ chefs will use ‘Smoke it All’ to create new tastes and flavours to impress their guests, without going to the expense of buying a smoker oven. Whilst people new to barbequing, will find these easy to experiment with and inexpensive.

Ideally used on a BBQ or grill with a lid, however, on an open grill it will still add lots of smoky flavour.

How to Use:

When the grill has got up to 200 – 250c, remove the plastic seal completely. Place the smoker, either directly onto the hot coals or on the grill rack. Close the lid on the BBQ and wait until the smoke is going well. Open the lid and place the food onto the grill. Close the lid. The smoking takes approx. 23-30 mins with indirect heat.

Sometimes, in a gas BBQ, it can develop flames if it gets too hot. Simply sprinkle some water onto the smoke tray before putting it on the coals or grill.
