This high quality Beer Can Chicken Roaster is made from food grade stainless steel. Comprising an 18.5cm square drip tray, with handles and a can with perforated lid.
Just fill the can with a liquid of your choosing (beer, wine, a fruit juice, cider with or without herbs) replace the lid, locking the can onto the drip tray and place a chicken on the roaster, with the can inside the cavity. You can add a marinade to the meat too, if required.
The simple design ensures the chicken is stable and secure, and the handles on the tray provide a good grip.
As the chicken cooks on your BBQ the liquid heats up, infusing the meat with moisture, injecting it with added flavour from the liquid and smokiness from the BBQ. As the chicken is inverted, it self-bastes producing a lovely crispy skin. The tray catches any fat and juices, preventing any flare ups. The juices can be extracted to create a tasty gravy or jus.
