This domestic stuffer is easy to use for making your own sausages. It has a heavy duty steel housing with a stainless steel canister and three interchangeable plastic nozzles so you can make a variety of sausages, from chipolatas and salami to chorizo or vegetarian. Supplied with two substantial clamps so you can secure the stuffer to your work surface.
When you have made up your sausage mix, pack it firmly into the large 5lb stainless steel canister. Select the appropriate nozzle and slide on a casing, tying the end. Now rotate the handle clockwise, maintaining some pressure around the casing to ensure it is well packed. When finished, release the handle slowly to avoid any kickback, tying off the casing then twist or hog ring your sausages.
The stuffer is easy to disassemble for washing and maintenance.
Make your own pork, beef, lamb or venison chipolatas. If you want something healthier, try turkey or chicken. Try making your own specialist air dried or smoked sausages – the choice is endless and in no time you will become expert!
