The UW-70 contains a smoking unit and a smoke generator as well as a chimney which dampens the air. The smoker also boasts an air regulator which manages the right airflow and a tray to safely and tidily collect ash.
One of the joys of this smoker is just how easy it is to use. You need only keep the appliance refuelled with wood chips in order to keep the smoking process going. The 500W burner is regulated by a precision thermostat, so it consistently operates at your chosen temperature.
An added feature of this electric smoker from Borniak is the cold food smoke adaptor, which can be purchased separately. As the name suggests, this allows you to smoke cold food as well as hot using this simple adaptor.
The Borniak Smoker unit comes with an instruction manual, a built in thermostat on the side of the smoker, meat hooks and wood chips. A dryer can also be added to your borniak smoker, sold separately.
This electric smoker has been built to last and to live outdoors if necessary. Made with aluzinc casing, it will withstand harsh weather conditions. A cover for added protection is also available. Its inner lining has been manufactured with material that is completely safe when in contact with food, whilst polyurethane foam provides the correct level of insulation between the inner and outer layers. The adjustable legs make it easier to place the appliance wherever it best suits you.
