Cooking chicken without flare ups guarantees chicken that is perfectly cooked right through. The Chicken Rack and Drip Tray are both made of out stainless steel so are easy to clean and non-stick. The rack allows you to hang a variety of cuts of chicken including wings, thighs and drumsticks.
The stainless steel drip pan has a handle on either end so you can manoeuvre the whole rack without needing to touch it and disturb the suspended meat. It also catches all the drippings from the chicken which is how you avoid flare ups from the hot charcoal below.
When finished the legs of the rack simply fold under for easy storage. This fantastic BBQ accessory is suitable for both your BBQ Grill and Oven.
