Our Chicken Roaster includes two beer can style supports for moist beer can roasted chicken. Simply add beer, wine or marinade to the cylinders for tender chicken infused with your favourite flavours. There are three spaces in the drip tray allowing for two chickens, one at either end, or one chicken in the centre of the pan. The upright supports are easy to attach and remove, just line it up and a quarter twist will securely fasten them to the tray.
The stainless steel drip pan has vents to allow the smoky taste of your charcoal BBQ penetrate the meat. It can also be used as a pan for cooking vegetables at the same time, or if using it in your oven simply cover the base of the tray in foil to collect all the fat and drippings. The tray includes handles at either end for easy removal from your Oven or Barbecue Grill.
