The unique feature of this BBQ, its rotisserie burner, represents the ultimate way to cook meat. The heavy duty rotisserie can be used alone, without the need to light the main burners. No more standing on the patio in frustration, waiting for the BBQ to heat up. This instant gas BBQ gets going in seconds with its Surelight electronic ignition. The cool touch handle adds an additional level of safety whilst the large temperature controls make it easier than ever to cook with precision. The BBQ has been built onto a secure pedestal base with easy access to the gas burner. The two large crack-proof wheels allow you to relocate it with ease, whilst the locking castors ensure that it stays in your chosen position.
The Broil King Monarch 390 has been built to withstand the worst that the British weather can throw at it. The oven itself is constructed from rust proof Therma-cast aluminium whilst the base is made from a rust proof resin. All steel components have been coated in a rust resistant zinc.
Broil King has added two useful side shelves to the Monarch 390. The left hand shelf can be lifted to reveal a 2.7 kW stainless steel side burner. Ideally sized for a pan, this is the perfect place to fry up some onions or heat some beans or sauce. The large lid area can be lowered to form an impressive convection space, helping the meat to cook to perfection.
The Monarch 390 is ideal for any occasion, from a small family BBQ to a large party. With the choice of up to three burners, a side burner and a rotisserie burner, you can easily feed a hungry crowd with this professional looking BBQ. There is a total of 2130 square cm (330 square inches) of prime cooking space (3243 square cm or 500 square inches including the porcelain-coated warming rack).
