The peppers sit inside holes in the top of the rack. These holes in the rack are both small and medium in size, meaning that this useful piece of kitchen equipment is suitable for use with various sizes of pepper. The holes in the pepper roaster have been designed and arranged so that they are in an alternating pattern and there are 24 holes in total ? 12 holes of each size. This means the peppers should cook more evenly and make it easier for you to remove them from the rack when they have finished cooking. The design of the pepper roaster means that you will be able to successfully cook the peppers and prevent them burning or sticking to the grill. The large holes in the pepper roaster are 30mm in diameter, while the smaller holes are 24mm. The overall size of the roaster is 305mm, which includes the handles. The rack's size means that it is compact and will not take up a lot of room in your kitchen cupboard when it is not in use.
Before you begin cooking your peppers you will need to prepare them, which is why this pepper roaster comes with a matching pepper corer that makes it easier for you to remove the stalk and seeds from the peppers before placing them in the roasting tray. The corer itself is made of stainless steel, while the handle is made of a durable and hard-wearing black resin.
