Situated very close to the coals, the Smokenator's water pan keeps the cooking environment for your food moist, with 45% less evaporation than the 22% via traditional pan methods. This accessory is particularly successful with chicken and turkey - and can even cope with your Christmas 25lb turkey - but works well with all meats, keeping them perfectly succulent and tender to the bite. Pork meat and red meats are naturally moist and the innovative kettle accessory helps to keep them this way.
