The Bradley 6 Rack Digital Smoker comes from one of the world’s leading smokehouse appliance manufacturers, Bradley Smoker.
All Bradley smokers come with an accompanying smoke generator, which automatically burns flavoured bisquettes for 20 minutes each without temperature fluctuations, eliminating the acids, resins and high temperature gases that can alter the flavour of smoked food.
The Bradley 6 Rack Digital Smoker can automatically produce clean smoke for up to nine hours, resulting in perfectly smoked food every time. Suitable for a wide range of meat and fish, this smoker comes with six racks and has a large capacity of up to 108 litres. Extra racks and jerky racks are available to purchase separately.
Though intended for domestic use, the size of this smoker makes it ideal for commercial premises; however, it is also popular with families that like to smoke large quantities of food at home for entertaining. It is especially popular with those who catch a lot of their own fish.
A programmable panel with digital display allows you to fine tune the smoking process, setting the oven temperature, cooking time and smoking time, which can be set independently of the cooking time. The smoker will try to maintain the oven temperature and once the cooking time has elapsed, the cooking heater element will switch off. It can be used to hot smoke, cold smoke or slow cook.
The smoker cabinet is insulated with an interior made of durable stainless steel, whilst the outside is finished with a sleek painted brushed stainless steel look.
